In 2011, a metallurgical plant came to us with a $2M problem
The plant produced metal structures for construction. 150 employees, 40 managers, 1000+ leads per month. But they closed only 80 deals. Where do the other 920 go? The owner said: "All integrators offer me CRM. But I don't want CRM. I want to understand where we're losing money."
We didn't sell a license. We sat down and broke the funnel down to atoms. It turned out: 40% of leads were lost on the first call — managers didn't have time to call back. Another 30% hung without movement, because there was no task system. Another 15% went to competitors, because commercial proposals were sent a week later, not an hour.
We didn't "implement CRM". We closed three holes in the processes: set up automatic lead capture, tasks for managers, and proposal templates with 15-minute sending. In 3 months, conversion grew from 8% to 23%. Revenue — up $2.4M per year. The plant opened a second branch and scaled the system.
That client is still with us. Already 15 years. And we start every new project the same way: not with the question "which CRM do you want?", but with the question "where is your business losing money?"
